Recently, engineers at FAST™ introduced the EZ-EFI®, a self-tuning fuel injection system that eliminates the need for EFI tuning experience and the use of a complicated laptop setup. And now owners of multi-port fuel injected engines, including the GM Tune Port Injection, Ford 5.0L, and other performance engines, can enjoy that same award-winning efficiency, ease-of-use and performance.
There is no limit on horsepower because the system is based on each customer’s supplied injectors; it will run up to eight high impedance injectors to support a wide range of applications, everything from street through high horsepower. This performance kit includes a self-tuning ECU, wide-band oxygen sensor (with fitting and plug), hand-held user interface, tach adapter, multi-port wiring harness and everything necessary for a quick and easy installation. Simply hook it up, answer the basic setup Wizard questions on the included hand-held display, and the system tunes itself.
This hand-held unit also provides on-board diagnostics and a “check engine” LED display for maximum safety. Should the ECU lose signal from any of the sensors, the EZ-EFI® will revert back to its engine protection “limp mode”, allowing secure engine operation using the rpm input and any functioning sensors, although it can operate on rpm input alone if necessary.
The multi-port wiring harness is pre-wired for common GM sensors and labeled for a simple installation. However, FAST™ offers a full line of compatible sensors, injectors and adapters if needed. The EZ-EFI® system must be used with a vacuum-referenced fuel pressure regulator – returnless fuel systems cannot be used. FAST™ offers an adjustable regulator that is ideally suited for use with the EZ-EFI®, as well as various fuel system kits that include the regulator. Maximize airflow & performance of GM 4.8/5.3/6.0L cathedral port truck engines & cathedral port LS1, -2, -6 race applications where hood clearance is not a concern
From 1997 until now, GM has impressed many performance enthusiasts with its cathedral port truck engine designs. To make these designs perform even better, engineers at FAST™ have recently teamed up with the airflow specialists at RHS® to develop the all-new LSXRT™ 102mm Intake Manifold for Cathedral Port GM Truck Engines.
Following the path charted by the original FAST™ LSX™ Gen III Manifold, the new LSXRT™ features a modular design that allows for easy disassembly and porting. Extensive testing led to a runner design which yields an incredible 36 peak horsepower gain over the stock intake, on a stock 6.0L engine with a Big Mouth 102mm Throttle Body™, with no loss in torque. And like the recently introduced LSXR™ Gen IV car manifold, this design features the ability to remove individual runners for modification.
“If you can fit this manifold, it’s the one you want to run,” said Brian Reese, Director of Engineering at FAST™. “It makes more power than any cathedral port LS manifold on the market.” The LSXRT™ is constructed from a proprietary precision injection molded polymer which offers many benefits over aluminum aftermarket intakes, including lighter weight, strength and lower heat soak propensity. While it features a 102mm air inlet that is perfectly suited for the FAST™ Big Mouth 102mm Throttle Body™, it can also be used with stock 90mm or aftermarket 92mm throttle bodies (78mm three-bolt throttle bodies require an adapter). Other features include integrated nitrous bungs and perfect bolt-on fitment that allows use of all factory accessories and OEM fuel/emission connections without modification or clearance concerns.
FAST™ fuel rail kits are required for use with this manifold, and some GM truck models may require the FAST™ 92mm or 102mm throttle body. The engineers at FAST™ teamed up with the airflow specialists at RHS™ to develop a three-piece, polymer intake manifold for rectangular port GM LS3-type engines. Testing on a stock LS3 engine with a Big Mouth 102mm Throttle Body™ produced gains of up to 14+ horsepower and 11 ft./lbs. of torque at the flywheel over the stock intake.

But now there is an EZ-EFI® Dual Quad Self Tuning Fuel Injection System that features all of this same technology and is capable of supporting up to 1000+ horsepower engines and has the ability to double your fuel capacity!
This new system is offered as an upgrade kit to the existing EZ-EFI® kits* and adds several additional parts, including a second unique throttle body for use with existing dual quad carburetor-type manifolds, injectors and a basic linkage kit necessary to hook the two throttle bodies together (works with most inline manifolds).

Innovator of EFI technology develops new crank triggers for Ford & Chevy applications that eliminate the possibility of inaccurate or inconsistent rpm measurement
Recently, engineers at FAST™ turned to the OEMs to see what they trust in the way of rpm-measuring crank triggers for their 400 and 500 horsepower daily drivers. Until now, flying magnetic trigger wheels with bulky inductive pickups have been used with the risk of broken mag¬nets or losing magnets at high engine rpm. Now FAST™ has a better answer.
A magnet-free device, this new piece from FAST™ includes a wheel constructed from ASTM A36 grade steel that is so strong that it only needs to be .125`` thick and is virtually inde¬structible. With the wheel being this thin, it not only weighs less but requires less space than competitors’ aluminum versions. And the FAST™ inductive sensor is also much smaller than others on the market and is hermetically sealed with the connector molded into the body.
The key to the crank trigger’s dependability and accuracy lies in the trigger wheel design. Rather than having added magnets, the wheel has tabs on the outer rim. These tabs are measured by the inductive sensor as the wheel revolves, which then provides data to the fuel injection and ignition systems for accurate rpm measurement. And because the tabs are a part of the single wheel unit, there is no possibility of loss or fragmentation as with the magnetic style trigger wheels.
This sensor is used by OEMs both on and inside the engine and provides long-lasting, accurate timing. Installation is straight forward, and everything required is included.
